Separate the fillet, remove the skin, cut the flounder into pieces, dry with a napkin, salt, bake in flour and fry on both storon. Place on a dish, garnish with slices of lemon or morkovyu, cut into figurines. Serve with potatoes, raw vegetable salad or boiled vegetables.
