Sailor flounder

Remove dark skin from the flounder. Cut the fish into pieces, fold into a saucepan (white skin up), pour water, salt and cook for 15 minutes. Put the finished fish on a dish, arrange with boiled potatoes and pour with sailor-style sauce. Decorate with seedless olives and lomti­kami lemon warmed up in the broth.
