Cod meatballs in sauce

Cut the prepared cod on a fillet without skin. Lightly fry the onions in butter. Pass fish fillet and onions twice through a meat grinder. Then add the egg, semolina, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly to make a lush mass. Divide the minced meat into small balls, roll in flour, fold into a saucepan, pour half with broth made from cod bones and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes until tender. Serve ready-made meatballs with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes and sour cream sauce. Decorate with herbs on top.
