Cuban merou meatballs

Cut the fish on a fillet without skin and, together with soaked khle­bom, crushed garlic, pass through a meat grinder. Form meatballs from the minced meat and roll in flour. Separately prigo­tovit tomato sauce, add fish broth to it and boil. Carefully lower the meatballs into it, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Serve meatballs on a platter. Side with boiled rice. At the edges, decorate the dish with tomatoes cut into wedges, parsley ve­tochkami or green lettuce leaves.
