Cuban merou meatballs

Cut the fish on a fillet without skin and, together with soaked khlebom, crushed garlic, pass through a meat grinder. Form meatballs from the minced meat and roll in flour. Separately prigotovit tomato sauce, add fish broth to it and boil. Carefully lower the meatballs into it, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Serve meatballs on a platter. Side with boiled rice. At the edges, decorate the dish with tomatoes cut into wedges, parsley vetochkami or green lettuce leaves.
