handle the pike perch and cut it into fillet (without skin and bones). cut into portions. put the treated heads, tails, bones and skin in a saucepan, pour water and boil concentrated broth from them. spit the onions, adding paprika, and combine with flour sautéing diluted with broth. put sour cream in the broth, let it boil and salt. Then the portion pieces of walleye fillet should be added and put on a plate, watered with the prepared sour cream sauce. The boiled potatoes or dumplings can be served on the side dish (separately). in the summer, you can give processed and chopped green paprika when served on the table.
