Arbroath smoked haddock
Heat the whole smoked haddock in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Carefully cut, remove the ridge bone, grease with oil, pepper. Fold the halves together, warm up again in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with toasted bread and butter. The dish is traditionally served for breakfast.
