Ratatouille
Ratatouille is a vegetable dish of French (Provence) cuisine, which even became the "hero" of the world famous cartoon. The name comes from the words "rata" - food and "touiller" - to interfere, stir. The recipe for ratatuya is one of the options for vegetable dishes close to stew, honeycomb, lecho... Usually zucchini, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, onions and garlic are laid in ratatouille. Well, and of course, Mediterranean herbs, creating a wonderful aroma.
