Rice pudding




You can make delicious rice pudding for dessert - the recipe is simple, and there is a lot of pleasure and benefit from such a dish. What do you need to do?

First, fall into a saucepan with salted boiling water over and thoroughly washed rice. Boil for 10 minutes, then cast it into a colander and let drain the water. Then again transfer the rice to a saucepan, pour hot milk and cook over medium heat for another 15 minutes. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Before serving, cut the rice pudding into chunks and serve it with jam or any fruit (berry) sauce.
