Grate the bread, add grated cheese, hot milk with butter, salt. Rub the yolks, beat the whites into strong foam, add everything to the bread mass and mix gently. Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with flour and lay out the prepared mass. Cook for a couple of 45-60 minutes.
