Cocoa is mixed with breadcrumbs, milk and cream are poured, mixed. Let stand for 10 minutes. The butter is mixed with sugar (20 g) and triturated thoroughly. One adds egg yolks, sifted wheat flour, drinking soda, prepared cocoa mixture with crumbs, crushed almonds, cognac, egg whites beaten with sugar sand. Everything is well mixed. Put into oil-lubricated mould. It is boiled in a steam bath for about an hour. Served hot with sweet sauce.
