Sifted wheat flour is mixed with powdered sugar, eggs mixed with milk are introduced. Everything is well mixed. Portion moulds are placed into oil-lubricated moulds, filling them for two-thirds of the volume. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and cool. Removed from the moulds, cut each horizontally, lubricated with a thin layer of jam, and then joined again. A deep dish is greased with sunflower oil, apples are laid on it. Sauce is boiled from flour with milk and butter, cooled, mixed with zest, powdered sugar, yolks, rum and protein beaten into strong foam. The bay with the resulting dough apples, put the dish in a hot oven and bake for about 45 minutes. When served, it is sprinkled with sugar powder.
