Rice pudding with raisins




A lovely alternative to the usual rice porridge is rice pudding with raisins. Even if the little ones flatly refuse milk porridge, such a treat with raisins and sweet sauce will surely be to their taste.

How to make rice pudding? Rinse rice thoroughly until water is transparent. Pour into a saucepan, pour in plenty of water and cook for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, and pour the rice with hot milk. Add salt and cook, stirring constantly, for about 25-30 minutes. Cool a little, add sugar, eggs and washed raisins. Mix everything thoroughly and put in a form greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Flatten, put in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake until rosy. Cool a little and put on a dish. When serving, cut into portions. You can serve pudding with fruit and berry sauce.
