Rice pudding - 2nd way

Prepared rice is poured with milk and boiled till softness. Put the oil in and mix well. Then one introduces beaten eggs, sugar, some salt, crushed nutmeg, lemon zest. Everything is thoroughly mixed. Put in an oil-lubricated mould and cook in a water bath for 1 hour 15 minutes.

butter - 60 g, salt to taste, nutmeg to taste, rice - 110 g, sugar - 100 g, milk - 750 g, eggs - 4 pcs., lemon zest to taste, or vanilla to taste
