Walnut pudding

Soak the meat of white bread in milk. Slightly dry the nuts, peel, pass through a meat grinder. Rub the egg yolks with sugar and combine with the nut mass, white bread soaked in milk and melted butter. Mix everything well, add the whipped egg whites and put in a special tin or pan, greased with oil and sprinkled with crumbs. Pudding needs to be baked for 30 - 40 minutes in an oven or medium heat oven. Put the finished pudding from the tin on a dish and serve hot. On top, the pudding can be poured with any sweet sauce or served separately.
