Drying breadcrumbs from leftover bread is a simple matter. And what to make from crackers? We offer a simple recipe - breadcrumb pudding.

ground crumbs - 150 g, eggs - 3 pcs., sugar - 100-150 g, milk - 400 g, butter - 100 g, raisins - 100 g

Break the breadcrumbs, put them in a saucepan or bowl, pour hot milk, cover and set aside for 15 - 20 minutes. Meanwhile, go through and rinse the raisins well, separate the egg yolks from the proteins, rub thoroughly with sugar and mix with soaked crumbs. Then mix the raisins, melted butter, squirrels beaten into strong foam and mix everything well. Lubricate the pudding form with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill with a mass of 3/4 of the volume. Bake the pudding from crumbs for 30-40 minutes in the oven at medium temperature. Chop the hot breadcrumb pudding into chunks and serve with jam or any fruit (berry) syrup.
