Celery potato pudding

raw potatoes are grated and squeezed in clean gauze, grated onions and finely chopped celery are mixed with squeezed potatoes. added: well-beaten eggs, flour, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. this mixture is poured into a special form well-lubricated with vegetable oil, in which the pudding is baked over a high heat for about 30 minutes until it is brown. To follow the diet, the cooking method remains the same, only salt and pepper are abolished.
