Celery potato pudding

Raw potatoes are grated and pressed in clean gauze, grated onions and finely chopped celery are mixed with squeezed potatoes. Added: well-beaten eggs, flour, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. This mixture is poured into a special well-lubricated vegetable oil form, in which the pudding is baked over a high heat for about 30 minutes until browned. For dieters, the cooking method remains the same, only salt and pepper are abolished.
