Pasta potato pudding

pasta must be boiled with salt in a large amount of water, when it softens, the water is drained. The paraffin is cooked in the skin, cleaned and cut into thin slices. along the way, sauce is prepared; butter must be melted over a fire, flour added, without it browning, diluted with milk, grated parmesan added. it should all boil once. in cold form one adds yolk and salt to the sauce in a glass, refractory form one places a row of potato slices, a row of pasta, then potatoes and pasta again. sauce is poured over the pudding. placed in the oven for 3/4 hours. the white sauce can be replaced with tomato sauce.

potatoes - 4-5 pcs., pasta - 250 g, salt to taste, butter - 3 tbsp. spoons, flour - 1.5 tbsp. spoons, milk - 1 cup, parmesan - 50 g, or sheep cheese - 50 g, yolk - 1 pc.
