Bun pudding

remove the crust from the bun, cut into small cubes and pour milk. melt butter, rub with sugar and yolks, add lemon zest and a bun soaked in milk. all together thoroughly knead, add raisins, jam without syrup, foam of whipped proteins and knead again. put the prepared mass in a greased tin or napkin and cook for 1 hour (see "puddings"). Serve with syrup of any jam.

bun - 300 g, butter - 100 g, sugar - 250 g, eggs - 4 pcs., milk - 0.5 cups, raisins - 50 g, blackcurrant jam - 2 tbsp. spoons, lemon - 0.5 pcs.
