Stir well 8 egg yolks with flour and 1/3 part of the milk. Bring the rest of the milk with vanilla sugar to a boil, stirring all the time, add the egg mass, bring to a boil again, remove from the heat and mix a strong foam of slightly salted whipped egg whites. This mass is divided into 3 parts, placed in a cold pudding form: on the bottom part of the mass mixed with syrup, on it is an unpainted part, on top - a mass mixed with cocoa powder. Sprinkle with sugar. Put the mold in hot water and boil until tender.
