Common semolina pudding




Put semolina in milk, stir well so that there are no lumps left. Then mix the egg yolks, salt, egg whites beaten into strong foam and mix it all well. Melt the butter in a saucepan, put the semolina in it, put the dishes in a large saucepan with hot water and, constantly stirring, bring to readiness (until the mass begins to lag behind the wall of the dishes). Then put the mass in a pudding tin greased with butter, sprinkled with ground breadcrumbs and brown in a hot oven. Sprinkle the ready-made pudding with icing sugar and raisins on top. Serve hot.
