Noodle preparation. Boil the noodles in salted water, then drain the water. Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or rub well through a sieve, mix with a raw egg, add salt, sugar, combine with noodles and mix. Put the prepared noodles on a sheet greased with oil and sprinkled with crumbs, grease the surface with sour cream, drizzle with margarine and bake in the oven. Serve the noodle with sour cream.
