For noodles, it is not necessary to specifically boil the noodles. Such a tasty cottage cheese noodle casserole can be made if you are left with an unused side dish of noodles or vermicelli.

noodles - 240 g, cottage cheese - 1.5 cups, eggs - 1 pc., sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons, ground crumbs - 1 tbsp. spoon, margarine - 1 tbsp. spoon, sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste

Noodle preparation. Boil the noodles in salted water, then drain the water. Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or rub well through a sieve, mix with a raw egg, add salt, sugar, combine with noodles and mix. Put the prepared noodles on a sheet greased with oil and sprinkled with crumbs, grease the surface with sour cream, drizzle with margarine and bake in the oven. Serve the noodle with sour cream.
