Pilaf from burbot

Cut the fish into fillet, cut into pieces and fry. Lightly fry the crushed carrots and onions along with the mash tomato. Rinse the rice and put it in the dishes along with the prepared vegetables, pour two glasses of hot water and cook until thickened. Add pieces of fish, salt, cover and put in a roasting cupboard for 20 - 30 minutes.
