Green lobio with egg
In young green beans, remove the tips along with the veins, rinse, break the pods on the 2-3 parts and let in a small amount of water. Peel the onions, finely chop and spit in butter. Mix the beans with sautéed onions, salt, pepper, put in a small frying pan. Beat the egg, mix with finely chopped greens, pour into a pan and bake in the oven.
