Eggs "molle" on vegetable salad

Eggs boiled "in a bag" are cooled and peeled from the shell. Cook the peeled potatoes and other vegetables in salted water and cut into cubes. Boil green peas in your own juice. We cut washed apples and cucumbers into cubes, and finely cut onions. Combine all the products, salt slightly, add sugar or vinegar to taste and mix with 1/2 of a jar of mayonnaise. We lay out the salad on an oval or rectangular dish, place the eggs in the center, fill them with mayonnaise, decorate them with green lettuce leaves, slices of tomatoes and cucumbers.
