Tomato tulips

Wash tomato fruits, cut crosswise, remove the core. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and stir with finely chopped garlic and pepper. Fill tomatoes with this mince. Serve on curly leaf salad. This is not only extraordinarily delicious, but also very beautiful.
