Pumpkin and potatoes

The pumpkin, peeled and sliced, is salted, grilled and rolled in flour. Fry in a pan until golden crust is formed and put in the oven for another half hour to soften the pumpkin. Potatoes are boiled separately and served with roasted pumpkin, sprinkling everything with herbs. You can fry boiled potatoes in the oven and along with pumpkin.
