Pumpkin stuffed with rice

My pumpkin, cut off its top and remove the flesh with seeds with a spoon and mine again. Separate the pulp from the seeds, finely chop, add boiled crumbly rice, washed raisins, cherry plum peeled from the seeds, apples peeled from the skin and cut into straws, sugar, cinnamon and mix well again. Fill the pumpkin with prepared minced meat, close with a cut top and bake in the oven on a greased baking sheet. Before serving, cut the pumpkin into pieces and pour oil over it.
