take the sifted flour, eggs, salt, water and knead the not-so-cool dough. after 30 minutes roll out with thin (2 mm) bark and tear into small pieces (2-3 cm). then boil in salted water, cast in a colander, put in a sauté pan, pour with melted fat from fat cut into small cubes and warm up. when served, sprinkle with grated cottage cheese, pour sour cream and garnish with flakes of lard.
