Beetroot balm

Peel the beets, grate on a coarse grater, put in an enameled saucepan. Put pieces of orange crusts on top, sprinkle with sugar, add lemon juice, salt, pour 1 liters of hot water and cook for 30 minutes. Then add the washed prunes and cook over a low heat for another 30 minutes. After that, pour in the olive oil, put the raisins and warm up for 3 minutes. Remove the finished dish from the heat, cool and refrigerate for a day.
