Beetroot "kugol"
Peel the beets, cut into 4 parts and boil in soda solution. Drop on a sieve, let drain the water and pass it twice through a meat grinder. Add the eggs, butter or goose fat, salt, pepper and mix well. Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and lay out the beet mass. Pour over the melted butter and bake in the oven. Serve by pouring oil.
