Sweet pepper with anchovies
Wash the peppers, cut in half and peel. Place the pepper in a slit down in the tin and bake in the oven, warmed to 200 degrees, for about 35 minutes. Then remove the mold and cool slightly under a damp towel. Peel the pepper and cut into strips. Rinse anchovy fillet in cold water and grind. Mix the juice resulting from baking sweet pepper with lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, anchovies, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour the pepper with the resulting marinade. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 6 hours.
