Spinach with sprouted soybeans

Spinach and soya are prepared separately. Clean spinach, wash and dry. Boil the water with salt and blanch the spinach for 30-60 seconds, then remove and let drain the water. Finely chop the garlic and onions. 1 a tablespoon of peanut (corn) oil to heat in a wok or deep pan, put out half the garlic and onions in it, add spinach and, stirring, simmer for 1 minute. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or in a deep pan and put out the second half of garlic and onions there. Add soy, chilli, tomato paste, salt, pepper and fry, stirring, 2 minutes. Spread out on a heated plate of spinach, in the center with a slide, lay out the soybeans and serve as a side dish.
