Spinach with nut sauce
Rinse the spinach, let in with a little water, squeeze and chop. For the sauce, the nuts are crushed with garlic, pepper, salt. Finely grind onions, cilantro greens and dill, add to nuts, dilute with vinegar and interfere until the nuts turn white. Pour the spinach over the cooked sauce.
