Rice with prunes-i

Rinse the rice, dry and fry in a pan or baking sheet. My prunes, fill with hot water, cook until half-ready, throw them back into a colander and remove the bones. Then put the prunes and fried rice into boiling water, add sugar, citric acid and bring to readiness over a low heat. When serving, pour melted butter over the rice.
