Rice with prunes

Rinse prunes, soak for 40 minutes in cold water and weld in the same water. Cook rice porridge in milk, cool a little, add yolk to it, rub with sugar syrup (10 g), beat the protein. Put a layer of rice porridge in a moulder greased with oil, then prunes and cover with rice. Top with the butter and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve the finished dish with the syrup made from the decoction from the prunes, for this decoction boil with the remaining syrup.
