Cook turnip peeled for 15 - 20 minutes. Then remove the core with a teaspoon, leaving the bottom and walls intact. Cook the thick semolina porridge separately. Chop or finely chop the turnip core, simmer until tender, mix with porridge, salt (you can add granulated sugar, apple), put the mixture in turnip.
