Cucumber stew

Wash the cucumbers, cut in half, remove the flesh and cut into cubes. Squeeze juice from the pulp and pour into cucumbers, add lard, onion cut into rings, salt and simmer until tender. Wash the tomatoes, peel, cut into circles and simmer in oil. Then add them to the cucumbers, pour in the vinegar, sprinkle with chopped greens and serve.
