Spinach puree

Go through the spinach, wash thoroughly, put in a saucepan, pour in some water, salt, bring to a boil, close with a lid and let go over high heat for 10 minutes. Then put it in a colander and pass it through a meat grinder with onions. Preserve the juice from the allowance. Dissolve the flour in oil to a light yellow color, dilute with milk, add to spinach with onions and mix thoroughly. Simmer the resulting mixture for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Then add the juice formed during spinach admixture, the strained garlic, pepper, mix and serve.
