add yolks of 2 eggs, ground with sugar, softened butter, salt, vanillin, sifted flour, cleaned from sprigs and raisins washed in warm water to the strained curd. it's all good to mix it out. instead of flour, you can put semolina or crushed wheat crumbs in curd. then add whipped proteins to the curd mass. mix and put in a tin or in a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with ground crumbs. flatten and grease the pudding surface with sour cream mixed with eggs. bake the pudding in the oven for 25 - 35 minutes. leave the ready-made pudding in the tin for 5 - 10 minutes, then put it on a dish. if the pudding is baked in a pan, then cut it into pieces without laying it out. serve the pudding hot, pour over the sweet fruit or milk sauce or sour cream. sour cream, as well as sauces, can be served in a saucepan.
