Potato and vegetable pudding

finely chop potatoes and vegetables, put in a saucepan, add half a cup of milk and simmer under a lid until tender. on a glass of milk brew semolina, mix with finished potatoes and vegetables, put butter, egg yolks, and beat the whites in a separate dish to form a stable foam-like mass and combine with prepared products. then put it all on an oiled deep pan, sprinkle with crumbs, drizzle with oil on top and bake in the oven. before eating, cut the pudding into pieces, serve sour cream separately.

potatoes - 400 g, white cabbage - 300 g, carrots - 150 g, milk - 1.5 cups, semolina - 0.25 cups, eggs - 3 pcs., butter - 60 g, ground crumbs - 20 g, sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste
