Spicy seasoning from apples and tomatoes

Rinse the dried apples, pour a little water, cook over a low heat. When the apples are soft, wipe them through a colander. To the resulting mass, add fine-packed raisins and onions. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin from them. Fold all the products into a saucepan and simmer over fire for an hour. Mustard, vinegar, ginger, cloves can be added to improve taste. Serve with cold meat or fish.
