Tomatoes stuffed with bread and cheese
Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut out the middle with the seeds. For 1-2 minutes, lower the tomatoes down into the boiling vegetable oil. For the filling, mix the grated bread with grated cheese, add finely chopped parsley greens, finely chopped garlic, and mix. Stuff tomatoes, pour them into each 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, into which they were lowered. Grease the baking sheet, lay out the tomatoes and bake for 10 minutes.
