Mushroom-stuffed tomatoes

The tomatoes are cut off the upper part, seeds and part of the pulp are removed. Fresh porcini mushrooms are finely chopped and stewed with onions in their own juice, with butter or margarine, cooled. Hard-boiled eggs are chopped, mixed with mushrooms, mayonnaise is added. Tomatoes are filled with mince, covered with a cut slice on top. Tomatoes are placed on the dish, decorated with parsley greens and slices of fresh cucumber.
