Pilaf with vegetables and raisins

Lightly fry the carrots and onions finely chopped into cubes in vegetable oil. Go through the raisins and rinse. Mix boiled in water and washed rice with prepared onions, carrots and raisins, put in dishes and close with a lid and put in the oven for 40 mi-out. Before serving, put the hot pilaf on a slide on a dish, pour butter and sprinkle with parsley or dill greens.
