Raisin pilaf

Go through the raisins, rinse and let stand in water for 5 minutes, then drain the water, and fry the raisins in oil over low heat. Go through the rice, rinse, pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Then transfer the rice to boiling water and cook until tender, then cast it into a colander. Melt melted butter in Kazan, put boiled rice in it, pour butter on top, close with a lid, simmer on a low heat for 25 minutes. When served on a table, put butter in each plate of pilaf, covering it with rice on top, and toasted raisins on top of the rice.
