Cauliflower pilaf

Wash the cauliflower, disassemble on inflorescences, put in a latka, salt, pepper and fry on half of the taken vegetable oil until golden. Rinse and dry the rice. Spoon the finely chopped onions and garlic in the remaining oil in a deep pan, add the cloves, rice and fry everything over a low heat until the rice is matte. Then transfer everything to a latka with cabbage, fry for 5 minutes, pour in rustic milk, 3 a glass of hot water, bring to a boil and cook under a lid over low heat until tender.
