Egg dumplings

Knead the dough, like on dumplings, roll out the juices and cut into squares. For the mince, boil the hard-boiled eggs, peel from the shells, finely chop, put the onions, cooked in oil, season with salt and black pepper, mix well. Prepare dumplings in the usual way. Serve dumplings on a platter or in plates of sour cream.
