Beef paprikash

1 serving

Paprikas is a recipe for Hungarian cuisine, which is used to prepare meat and vegetable dishes seasoned with paprika. It can be poultry, fish, vegetables, as well as young, lean beef (veal).

young beef 200 g, butter - 25 g, onions - 50 g, flour - 3 g, ground red pepper - 3 g, paprika - 0.5-0.7 tsp, salt to taste, tomatoes - 50 g, sweet pepper - 150 g, sour cream - 30 g, sugar to taste, parsley greens to taste

The meat is cut into small pieces and fried in oil. Onion cut into thin slices is added, flour is poured in, mixed and cooking is continued. When everything browns, pour red ground pepper and mix well. Then hot water is poured in, paprika is added, salted and stewed over low heat. When the meat is almost ready, roughly chopped tomatoes are added, having previously peeled them, roughly chopped sweet peppers and briefly stewed paprikash until tender. Add sugar to taste, sour cream and sprinkle paprikash with parsley greens.
