Cottage cheese pampushki with potatoes

Cook 400g potatoes. Clean and wipe through a large sieve. Wipe 400g of cottage cheese and mix with mashed potatoes. Put in a bowl, add 1 egg, 2 tbsp. spoons of flour, salt. Mix well. Make balls with a diameter of 2 cm and roll them in flour. Fry the pampushki in highly heated oil. Place on warmed plates and pour sour cream over them.
